View servicesNick is a Partner based in the London office of Maclay Murray & Spens and is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Group. Nick is an investment funds lawyer, working in the main with fund managers and their funds, and the funds’ sponsors, asset managers and investors. Nick advises on the structuring, formation and operation of funds. Nick also advises other service providers to funds, such as administrators and trustees. Nick joined Maclay Murray & Spens in 2012, before which he headed the Financial Services and Funds team at Thomas Eggar.
